To make counselling accessible for everyone. We do not turn anyone away based on the complexity of their case. We do not have any referral criteria, and our waiting list time is very short. We take a person-centred approach to counselling, treating each person with empathy, respect and humility.

We also provide training for student counsellors, training to become qualified counsellors, levels 2-4, taught face to face, one night per week in the evening. We can also provide training for employers and organisations for their staff on a wide range of topics and modules around mental health.

Finally, we provide counselling and mental health contracts for organisations and employers for their staff.
