TALA - The Anti-Loneliness Alliance

A new FREE group connecting people to create meaningful relationships with each other, providing peer support through befriending and group activities. TALA is a safe space to explore your feelings and thoughts with other people who understand and do not judge. Chatting and mindfulness is all facilitated by one of our therapists.
