Adult Social Care

We provide Adult Social Work on behalf of North East Lincolnshire Council delivering statutory social services, including the operational safeguarding responsibilities for adults in North East Lincolnshire.

We can offer a variety of short- and long-term support services and signpost to other services. Typical queries we receive:

- Staying independent in your own home

- Adaptations and aids

- Hot meals

- Arranging a social care needs assessment

- Support and signposting for falls and other health conditions

- Helping people stay active, social and mobile

- Support around extra care housing
