At CARE we offer short term and long term support to individuals or families. 

People can come along to our Open House access points located in Grimsby and/or Immingham (dependent on location). 
Our term short support can usually be worked through together in a timely manner, and our long-term support usually lasts up to 2 years and designates said client with a 1:1 support worker. 

The Community Support project provides an holistic support model encompassing the following key areas -

- Preventing Homelessness

- Increasing Confidence

- Improving health and wellbeing

- Maximising income

- Improving life skills

- Access to basic needs

Tuesday - Thursday, 12pm - 2pm

Based at Grimsby Access Point, 18 Hainton Avenue, Grimsby, DN32 9BB

Monday, Wednesday & Friday, 12pm - 3pm

Based at Immingham Access Point, Civic Centre Hub, Pelham Road, Immingham, DN40 1QF
