The RDA are the UKs leading specialist organisation providing equestrian activities for adults and children with physical and learning disabilities.

Cleethorpes and Grimsby RDA are a small friendly group that has been established over 30 years providing horse riding as therapy. We are very lucky to have a team of dedicated Coaches and volunteers who provide 6 sessions a week for our group based at Cottagers Plot Equestrian Centre, Laceby, Grimsby.

We have a variety of horses and ponies at our fingertips to cater from absolute beginners to experienced riders. We also have a mechanical horse on site which is used as an introduction to riding.
