TEP work on projects related to social inclusion within a broad spectrum. We believe all people, independent of background, should have a fair chance to achieve the opportunities they desire and be represented. This means we work with minority groups, including those from different faiths, sexual orientation and genders to promote fairness, but also to support and help people achieve. We work with women, often single mums, with complex issues, to help them achieve their next steps. We also work with community groups to improve their areas, and deliver larger projects to showcase and celebrate our cultural diversity.
