Intervention in Psychosis & Transitions

The Early Intervention in Psychosis and Transitions (EIT) service provide specialist personal care to young people who are at risk of, or experiencing, their first episode of psychosis. They additionally offer support to young people making the transition from child and adolescent mental health services (CAMHS) to adult mental health services, regardless of diagnosis.
Suitable for those 14 yrs - 35 yrs.

Monday - Friday, 9am - 5pm
