The Perinatal Mental Health Service is open to women who are registered with a GP practice in the Hull, East Riding, North Lincolnshire and North East Lincolnshire areas who are in the perinatal period (during pregnancy and up to 12 months post-delivery).
A professional may refer you by emailing hnf-tr.perinatalmentalhealthteam@nhs.net Alternatively, if you are struggling and ned support with your mental health, please speak to your GP, Midwife, or Health Visitor who will make the appropriate referral. You can also find information on the website.
