Our CCG is responsible for commissioning health and adult social care services for over 165,000 people in North East Lincolnshire and we’re committed to putting families and communities at the very heart of everything we do.

Doctors, nurses and health professionals from 30 GP member practices work with a forum of volunteers from the local community so the people of North East Lincolnshire receive high-quality care when they need it.
By working in partnership with North East Lincolnshire Council we’re able to deliver joined-up health and adult social care services for local people.
Historically our health and adult social care budgets were combined and we are continuing to work in this way because it allows us to provide more seamless care for patients.
