Ways to Wellbeing is a six week course designed to improve your mental health and wellbeing and provide you with the tools and techniques you may need to help keep you well. 

This can follow on from attending the workshops or can be accessed on its own.

You will create your own action plan and identify your own personal goals using an evidence based system. We will help you to keep track of the positive changes you make along with support around any other support that may be helpful.
