We understand the stresses life can throw at us not matter what age you are.

From children, to teenagers through to adults, life can be difficult to navigate for a variety of reasons. From grief and loss, anxiety, depression, to struggling with issues around identity. We are here to listen and support you.

As a team we can offer Person Centred Counselling, Cognitive Behavioural Therapy and creative youth therapy. We offer one-to-one counselling sessions, either in person, on-line or over the telephone, for a wide range of issues that you may wish to explore.

This is chargeable service.

Monday - Friday, 9am - 5pm (excluding bank holidays).
