The Community Shop is running regular FREE coffee mornings. This will be great to  :

- Help with mental health and feelings of loneliness and isolation
- Become part of a welcoming group
- Signpost and advise others who feel and and sense the way you do
- Building friendships
- Have a warm, safe space
