We provide young people with tools to look after their mental health, and the space to what their voices heard. We also empower adults to be the best support that they can be to the young people in their lives.

If you or somebody else requires help and support in a mental health crisis, please call the Single Point of Access on 01472 256256 (option 3), available 24 hrs a day, 7 days a week.
Alternatively, please call NHS 111, FREE from a landline/mobile phone.
If you are in immediate physical danger, please call 999.
