A FREE healthy lifestyle and weight management course. We'll help you to make small changes that will make a BIG difference to your health and wellbeing.

Making It Happen includes :
- Adopting healthy eating habits and behaviours
- Cooking from scratch
- Improving mental resilience
- Being a waste warrior

Tuesday, 10am - 12pm & 2pm - 3.30pm
