We offer a safe, supportive environment for individuals, helping them make positive choices about their current circumstances.

Booth House offers supported temporary accommodation for individuals experiencing homelessness over the age of 18. 

Clients must be eligible to claim housing benefit and willing to engage with support.

Referrals are made through North East Lincolnshire Council Gateway system. Referrals onto the Gateway system can be made directly or by another agency.

Clients must have a local connection, and stay with us for a maximum of two years.

We aim to create a calm, supportive environment where our residents feel empowered and respected. Our facilities include:

35 en-suite self-catering rooms

Shared kitchens/ living areas

Laundry facilities on each floor

All floors accessible by a lift

We provide advice, guidance and signposting to relevant services in areas such as

Addiction

Substance misuse

Mental Health and Well Being

Debts and Housing.

The service encourages residents to engage in life skills training to equip them with skills to live independently with in the community.

Our service is staffed 24 hours. A chaplaincy service is also provided.

We have a wide range of services and accommodate over 3000 different people every night. We have services for all sorts of people who are experiencing homelessness. These include:

  • Single people
  • Young people
  • Vulnerable women
  • Families with children
  • Ex-service personnel
  • People who are sleeping rough
  • People with physical and mental health issues
  • People with drug and alcohol issues
  • People who are involved with the criminal justice system
  • People with no income or no recourse to public funds
