Get Up Get Dressed Get Moving

We can now support you when you're in hospital too! This programme is designed for those who have been hospitalised for long periods of time. We work alongside physiotherapists to maximise efficiency, to keep muscles and joins alive. We aim to encourage patients to chair based or bed exercises, and encourage to get dressed in own clothes rather than hospital gowns.
Some patients are obviously unable to participate in the exercise programme, but will enjoy and benefit from social intervention, and playing games, stimulating minds, relieving boredom and help with depression.
