The 24/7 coronavirus support service offers professional advice to anyone in North East Lincolnshire who has seen COVID-19 affect their mental health in any way.
We're on hand 24 hours a day to offer guidance on any pandemic-related anxiety you may be struggling with, including isolation and loneliness due to social distancing regulations.
We can also signpost and support on a range of other mental health issues including depression, suicidal thoughts and self-harm.
The helpline is for people of all ages and can be accessed by anyone - whether you're already using our services or not.
We also offer fast-tracked access to key workers, including NHS staff on the frontline of the coronavirus pandemic.
The 24/7 line is a joint venture between NAViGO, Rethink Mental Illness, North East Lincolnshire Council, Lincolnshire Partnership NHS Trust and Young Minds Matter.
