We're Here to Help
The NE Lincs Council Wellbeing Service provides confidential and non-judgmental support that is individually tailored to help those who want to make changes and set health and wellbeing goals, but don't have the ability, self-efficacy or support network to do it alone.
We can support with the following:
- Stopping Smoking - Smoking Cessation
- Weight Management - Healthy Eating and Physical Activity
- Low level/Non-clinical Mental Health
- Confidence & Self-Esteem
- Wider issues that affect wellbeing such as financial/debt, relationships, housing, training, education, and being job ready
Suitable for 18 yrs +
Impacted Health & Wellbeing - Low Level Mental Health
Support for individuals who experience challenged wellbeing that is impacting on their mental and emotional health.

People Who Need
Individuals who experience health and wellbeing problems (as outlined above), who would benefit from having the TIME and space to talk about their life, and explore what and who matters to them.
