Community Learning Disability Team


Providing a range of services for adults with learning disabilities. The service incorporates:
- Carers Wellbeing Service 
- Community Learning Disability Team (CLDT)

- Health & Wellbeing Co-ordinators

- Learning Disability Nurses

- Physiotherapy 

- Occupational Therapy

- Speech and Language Therapy 


The ALDS is for adults and young people in transition who have a learning disability, autism and/or complex needs, their families, carers and supporters.


Monday - Friday, 9am - 4.30pm
Based at Val Waterhouse Centre, 41 - 43 Kent Street, Grimsby, DN32 7DH
