Full Families
This project, funded by the National Lottery Community Fund, supports local families with everyday issues. Our staff ensure that help is offered so that families can become more confident to manage their own lives.
Full Families offers help and support for all families to engage in activities that bring about better prospects for the family, and enable families to interact and spend quality time together. The project aims are to ensure prevention or early intervention to prevent crisis and the need for acute services.
Each family will be supported by a lead worker to identify areas of their lives which they would like to change. They will then prepare a family plan to help them achieve those changes. Individuals within the family will also have the opportunity for regular one-to-one sessions which will include individual action plans to help them move forward. There is also the opportunity for individuals on Full Families to access our other projects. For example, adults can become a part of one of our employability projects, BBO, while children can join in with activities on Go Wild Go Free, funded by Children In Need.
This project is FREE for participants and is funded by the National Lottery Community Fund.
