Anxiety & Depression Support Group

If you are experiencing depression or anxiety you will be welcomed into a friendly supportive, non judgemental environment, lead by our Patient Participation Group. Our sessions are safe, confidential and give our patients a chance to share their experiences and coping techniques with other patients who simply understand. 
These sessions are FREE to attend. Suitable for those who are already patients at this practice.
