Signing up to the Priority Services Register means we can provide FREE practical support, such as:
- Help if your water goes off - Communication in your preferred language - Send bills in different formats - Help to protect you against bogus callers
Extra help support includes: - Someone in my household is a pensioner - Someone in my household is a child under 12 months
- Someone has communication needs (e.g. blind or severely sight impaired, deaf or deafened, speech impairment, sight impaired, hearing impaired) - Learning difficulty (e.g. dyslexia, ADHD, autism) - Difficulty with reading/writing - Difficulty communicating in English - Difficulty with understanding or concentrating - Life changes (e.g. bereavement, recovering from hospital treatment, divorce) - Reliant on medical equipment (e.g. home dialysis machine, feeding pump, portable oxygen, automated medication, oxygen concentrator) Someone has a medical condition (e.g. dementia, mental health condition, physical impairment, poor sense of smell or taste, frequent showering or bathing is required, serious or long-term illness)
- A constant supply of water is required (e.g. Crohn's disease or a catheter user)
