Our Green Social Prescribing walks are perfectly designed to help individuals feel empowered and encouraged, improve general health and wellbeing, and long term illness. Our walks are great opportunities to meet likeminded individuals who may feel isolated, and combat low mental health.

Suitable for all ages and abilities - feel free to bring your dog, and some snacks!
