Keep Moving - Exercise Class for Older Adults

Looking to stay active in a safe, friendly environment? Our exercise class is specially designed for older adults and welcomes both men and women. With low-impact movements, these classes are great for balance, mobility and wellbeing. Chair based exercises also available. Stay strong, stay social, and have some fun while you're at it!

All fitness levels welcome - go at your own pace. Booking is essential. Please note - we are located on the first floor with stair access only. £5.00 per session.
