'Free To Be' is a weekly opportunity for adults of all ages to re-engage, have some fun together, chat, share and encourage each other in a very relaxed atmosphere. Each week has something a little different, whether it's a quiz, something crafty, a themed session with guest speakers or just a week to chill out and chat.
