Community Shop - Nunsthorpe

Members of Community Shop can shop for good food at great prices – easing pressure on family budgets – but also gain access to professional, personal development programmes, to kick-start positive change in their own lives. 

From inspiring motivation and confidence in our members, to improving health and economic outcomes for their families, the impact of Community Shop is already being felt way beyond the aisles of our stores. Community Shops are rooted in their local communities and actively forge links and partnerships with established local services.

Our service is open to 16 yrs + who are in receipt of means-tested benefits (JSA, Universal Credit, ESA, Council Tax Support). You will need to register. The service is primarily aimed at eligible residents in the Nunsthorpe area, however, full time and temporary membership beyond the remits of our usual postcode restrictions and or awaiting any means tested benefit.

Monday - Friday, 8.30am - 4.45pm / Saturday, 8.30 - 2.45pm
