Positive Active Minds (PAM)

Come for a chat, a coffee and a cake with people who care. Our supportive, friendly group have experienced life's ups and downs, be it anxiety, depression, difficult relationships and other challenging situations. We get together weekly, talk and take part in activities including arts and craft, lending an ear to one another without passing judgement. Suitable for those 18+.
