Group support sessions can really help. They can contribute to increasing your well being and confidence, and will allow you to meet survivors who may have had similar experiences to yours. Group sessions can help you on your journey to realising that you're not on your own.

Email Support
You can email us at support@lincolnshirerapecrisis.org.uk at any time. Anyone who has been affected by sexual violence, now or in the past can contact us. This includes childhood sexual abuse, rape or any other form of sexual violence. We also offer support to friends, family or partners of survivors of sexual violence - men or women.
1:1
Our support workers are available on the telephone or in person at our Women's Centre, Men's Room or at alternative safe venues around the country. We only employ women at Lincolnshire Rape Crisis so you will always speak to and meet with women. At the women's centre, it is a safe women only space. Our men's room is a space that is only used to support men and is separate from our women's centre.
