Our over 50s alcohol helpline provides information, advice and support to anyone aged over 50 who may be worried about their drinking, and anyone worried about a loved one over 50.

Lines available Monday to Friday 12noon to 8pm and Saturday and Sunday 10am to 4pm

Calls to 0808 numbers are free from landlines and most mobiles but check with your provider.
