This friendly and welcoming small group is specifically tailored towards those with memory concerns or those who have low moods. We offer a variety of games and activities, arts and crafts, gentle exercise, sing a longs and reminiscence and discussion sessions.

Over 60s only. £2.50 admission, including refreshments.
