This friendly and welcoming small group is specifically tailored towards those with memory concerns or those who have a low mood. 

We offer a variety of games and activities such as arts & crafts, gentle exercise, sing a longs and reminiscence and discussion sessions.


Admission is £3.00. First session is free. Over 60s only


Every Wednesday 10am - 12pm
