Dial A Ride

Dial a Ride is a community run service which provides accessible transport for people who find it difficult to use public transport due to illness or disability. Passengers should ring the office preferably 3 - 4 days before they want to travel and book their ride.

Age requirement is in line with qualifying for a national concessionary fare (bus pass) or with physical or mental disability (including those with chronic illnesses e.g. heart, pulmonary) who have difficult accessing public transport.

Memberships are a yearly £10.00 registration. The £2.00 each way voluntary contribution also remains unchanged. 

Dial a Ride is open Monday - Friday, 9am - 3.30pm (except bank holidays)
