Come along to our Social Groups.


Creating Positive Opportunity and Alzheimer's Society offer weekly groups. Our weekly groups are about sharing friendships, providing purpose, and bringing people together in a friendly welcoming environment. People living with dementia and dementia like symptoms and their carers are welcome to attend.


Our groups offer:

- Free refreshments 

- Friendly and supportive staff 

- Various activities 

- Personal training exercises


Monday, 1.30pm - 3.30pm 
Based at Hub Room 2, The Community Shop, Centre4, 17A Wootton Road, Grimsby, DN33 1HE


Thursday, 10.30am - 12.30pm

Based at Humberston Country Club, Humberston Avenue, Grimsby, DN36 4SX


Free parking available.
