Wellbeing Support

Pop in and meet the lovely Linda who is there to help you with a variety of health and wellbeing needs including:
- low mood/stopping smoking
- anxiety/stress management
- weight management
- daily routines/finding focus in life
- confidence and self-esteem
- health eating and physical activity

Available on the first Tuesday of the month, 10am - 12pm
