Creative Support is a provider on the housing support framework in North East Lincolnshire. We also offer a floating support service. We have extensive experience with these type of services, both through Creative Support and locally in Grimsby. We provide high-quality and personalised support housing for those who are homeless, are struggling to maintain their accommodation, who have their tenancy/license/home ownership at risk, or who require assistance to access suitable, alternative accommodation. We provide support to maintain housing once it has been secured. We offer support: - finding and maintaining accommodation - ensuring benefit maximisation - completing actions on the homelessness plan - attending meetings and build social skills - providing advocacy - working with a variety of third party agencies
