Yoga is about giving you the opportunity to be the very best version of yourself. Using physical postures, breathing exercises, and meditation to improve your overall health, along with your flexibility and your balance. Ending the session with the Savasana the final resting pose in which one lies in a comfortable position having a total relaxation through guided meditation.
All levels of fitness welcome. Yoga mats are provided. Appropriate clothing required.
