Day support services

Care Plus Group provide a range of day support services designed for older people who have a disability due to physical or mental frailty or have other care needs.
Day Support Services helps you to keep active, meet other people and give carers a break. Access to these services may only be needed for a short while, for example to regain confidence after a fall or spell in hospital, or it may be something you want to keep doing as part of your social activity. A two course cooked lunch is available.

Charges may apply, depending on financial assessment. Transport to and from the day services may be available, subject to eligibility, criteria and availability.

Monday - Friday, 9am - 4.30pm
